Sarah Thompson specializes in banking and finance law with a focus on project finance and Islamic banking products. Originally from London, Ms. Thompson completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cambridge before obtaining her LLM in Banking Law from King’s College London.

Prior to joining Al Masar Law Offices in 2019, Ms. Thompson worked at a prominent international law firm in London, where she advised on structured financing transactions for major infrastructure projects. Since moving to the UAE, she has developed significant expertise in Islamic finance, advising on numerous Sukuk issuances and conventional bond offerings.

Ms. Thompson works closely with regional and international financial institutions operating in the UAE, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and transaction structuring.
