Youssef Hassan is a leading authority on real estate and construction law in the UAE. Born in Sharjah, Mr. Hassan developed an early interest in property law influenced by his family’s involvement in the construction industry. He obtained his legal education at the American University of Sharjah before specializing in Construction Law at King’s College London.

Mr. Hassan joined Al Masar Law Offices in 2017 and has since advised on numerous landmark developments across the UAE. His practice encompasses all aspects of real estate and construction law, from initial land acquisition to project completion and dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hassan has developed particular expertise in handling complex property disputes and navigating the intricacies of UAE’s property laws. He frequently advises government entities on large-scale infrastructure projects and has contributed to the development of standard form construction contracts tailored to the UAE market.
